Olivia Attwood has shared a pointed message on social media, which some interpret as a jab at her ex-husband, Bradley Dack. The post came as Attwood continues to navigate the aftermath of their "awful" split.
On Wednesday, Attwood, 35, reposted a quote to her Instagram Stories that read: "Stop being so fking forgiving, people know exactly what the fk they're doing." This sentiment was shared shortly after Attwood revealed she had concerns about progressing too rapidly in her relationship with boyfriend Pete Wicks while still coping with the end of her marriage.
Attwood began dating Wicks, a longtime friend, earlier this year following the revelation that her marriage to Dack had ended amid allegations of infidelity. Attwood and Wicks confirmed their relationship last month.
Attwood has been open about her healing process. She told The Times that friends had advised her to remain single after her split from Dack. "Is something amazing happening while I'm still processing something awful? Yes," Attwood stated. "People are telling me to be single, to go on dates. But if I shut things down with Pete I'd only be dating people to find the connection I have with him."
She described her romance with Wicks as unexpected, noting a swift transition from a platonic friendship to a romantic one. "He's extremely intelligent and compassionate and patient, all the things I desperately needed but didn't know I needed," she added.
Attwood also addressed the possibility of starting a family, indicating she has come to terms with the idea that it might not be part of her future. "I could also see it not being part of my story. I'm at peace with that. You can't have everything. So many parts of my life have worked out so much better than I could ever imagine," she said.
Meanwhile, reports indicate that Dack has rekindled his relationship with his ex, Emily Maloney, with the couple reportedly seen together. The sale of Attwood and Dack's former £1 million home has also been cited as evidence that the end of their marriage was anticipated.
Attwood's reaction to recent photos of Dack and Maloney together was notably negative. She publicly referred to Maloney as Bradley's "bit on the side" and a "professional benchwarmer." The emergence of these photographs reportedly confirmed Attwood's suspicions that Dack had been involved with Maloney prior to their separation.
Maloney had previously denied a relationship with Dack four months prior, but the recent images suggested otherwise. Last week, Attwood hinted at sharing "messy" screenshots related to Dack and Maloney, but ultimately decided against it after her manager encouraged her to be the "bigger person." Instead, she opted for a spontaneous night out, which included shopping for designer shoes and visiting bars.
