An investigator with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF) testified that she was provided with only four bullet fragments for analysis in the Charlie Kirk assassination case, a number that contradicts the seven fragments recovered from the crime scene.

Samantha Karner, a gun expert at the ATF, stated that she was unaware of the total number of fragments collected until a few months prior to her testimony. The discrepancy involves the rifle and ammunition recovered in connection with the case.
