Arvell Reese Emerges as Giants' Defensive Star, Shrugging Off Early Criticism
Rookie linebacker leads the league in tackles as New York prepares for a critical NFC East matchup.
New York Giants rookie Arvell Reese has quickly become a dominant force on defense, leading the league with 26 tackles and making early criticism a distant memory.
Reese and his teammates are focused on their own trajectory as they prepare to face the Washington Commanders and their new starting quarterback Jayden Daniels. The Giants aim to extend their success and maintain their lead in the NFC East with a potential 4-1 record.
"It's really not about how their season's going, it's about how we want our season to go," Reese told The Post. "They're nameless faces, and we're looking to win no matter who we line up against."
Players and coaches have already recognized Reese's impact, referring to him as "The Natural." His performance is setting a new standard for the Giants' defense as they head into a crucial divisional game.
