Arizona State and Kansas Set for Inaugural Union Jack Classic in London

College football is expanding its reach across the Atlantic with the inaugural Union Jack Classic, featuring a matchup between Arizona State and Kansas.

This game marks the first in a planned series of annual FBS college football games to be held in London, England. The historic event will take place at the 86,000-seat Wembley Stadium, the renowned home of England's national football team.

The Union Jack Classic is scheduled for September 19 at 12 p.m. ET (5 p.m. local time in London). Fans can watch the game on FS1. For those without cable, the game can be streamed for free via a five-day trial of DIRECTV's Choice or MySports plans, or through fubo's Pro or Sports and News plans, which also offer a five-day free trial.

This contest will be only the second meeting between Arizona State and Kansas. In their previous encounter two years ago, Arizona State narrowly defeated Kansas 35-31, with a game-winning touchdown reception secured in the final 16 seconds.

Both teams enter the Week 3 matchup with identical 1-1 records. In their most recent games, Kansas fell to rival Missouri 38-21 at home on September 11, while Arizona State lost on the road to No. 10 Texas A&M with a score of 48-20.
