Ariel Winter Lists Nashville Home for $2.65 Million

Ariel Winter, known for her role in "Modern Family," has listed her home in College Grove, Tennessee, for $2.65 million. The property is listed as "coming soon" to the market, according to real estate records.

Winter purchased the four-bedroom, four-and-a-half-bathroom home in 2022 for $2,999,900. At the current asking price, the sale represents a potential loss of approximately $250,000.

The residence, situated on 0.43 acres, features a three-car garage. The interior boasts quartz countertops in the kitchen, a butler's pantry, a coffee bar, and a walk-in pantry. Newly finished hardwood floors are present throughout the two-story home, which also includes a wet bar.

For privacy and security, the property is equipped with a covered porch, a fireplace, and a gated fence. The home is located within a gated community that offers amenities such as a golf course, pools, a spa, fitness facilities, dining options, tennis and pickleball courts, walking trails, and equestrian facilities.

Winter, who has been splitting her time between Nashville and Los Angeles, recently spoke with Page Six about her preference for the Tennessee lifestyle. "I would prefer to not live in LA," she stated, adding that she moved seeking a "change of pace" and to experience seasons and snow, while also hoping to "get away from paparazzi" and live a more normal life.

When in Los Angeles, Winter resides with her "Modern Family" co-star and television brother, Nolan Gould. She has expressed a desire to distance herself from the high-paced environment of Los Angeles, despite having strong connections there. The actress's representatives did not immediately respond to a request for comment regarding the sale.
