Super-agent Ari Emanuel is set to embark on a speaking tour across three major cities to promote his forthcoming memoir, "Roll the Calls." The book, published by Knopf, is scheduled for release on September 22.

Emanuel, the executive chairman of WME Group, will begin his promotional tour with a Q&A session alongside MSNBC anchor Rachel Maddow at the 92nd Street Y in New York City on the book's release date. He will then travel to Chicago for an event at the Harris Theater on September 23, where he will be joined by David Axelrod, a CNN commentator and former senior advisor to President Obama.

The tour will conclude on September 29 with an appearance at the Wilshire Ebell Theatre in Los Angeles, featuring a conversation with journalist Kara Swisher. Tickets for these events are available for purchase, supported by TodayTix, a platform owned by Emanuel's company MARI.

"Roll the Calls" is described as a "take-no-prisoners memoir" that will detail the "incredible stories behind the signings and firings, the triumphant mergers and nasty breakups, the hard-won victories and crushing mistakes" of Emanuel's career. He has represented a notable roster of clients, including Larry David, Quentin Tarantino, Denzel Washington, Billie Eilish, Martin Scorsese, and Oprah Winfrey.

Advanced press for the book characterizes Emanuel as one of "Hollywood’s most accomplished, feared — and funny — dealmakers." The memoir has already garnered blurbs from figures such as Rick Rubin, Kara Swisher, and Arianna Huffington, reflecting the industry's curiosity and, for some, apprehension about its contents.
