Anti-migrant activist Daniel Thomas, also known as Danny Tommo, is scheduled to stand trial in June 2027 on charges stemming from an alleged incident at a migrant processing center in Dover.
Thomas, 37, denies the charges, which include entering a restricted zone at the Western Jet Foil facility on March 31. He also denies charges of racially aggravated harassment and using threatening words or behavior on April 1, as well as obstructing a lawful activity and entering Dover Docks without permission on both March 31 and April 1.
Thomas had initially pleaded guilty to entering the restricted zone but later withdrew his plea, citing potentially incorrect legal advice. His trial is expected to last two days, with a further case management hearing set for November 18.
