Annie Kilner has revealed the birth of her fifth child, a daughter, with footballer husband Kyle Walker. She shared the first photograph of the newborn on June 21, cuddling the baby in her arms and expressing her joy.
Kilner, 33, and Walker, 36, already have four sons together: Roman, 11, Riaan, seven, Reign, five, and one-year-old Rezon. The arrival of their daughter marks the first time they have had a baby girl.
"Our precious baby girl is here safe. Speechless with the amount of love we all feel and the joy she's already brought to our family," Kilner wrote on Instagram. She also requested privacy for the family as they adjust to their new addition. A source close to the couple told the Daily Mail that the entire family is delighted, describing the newborn as their "little princess."
The birth comes after a tumultuous period for the couple. Their relationship faced significant strain in January 2024 when it was revealed that Walker had fathered a child, Kinara, with influencer Lauryn Goodman, during a period when he and Kilner were separated. Kilner had previously served Walker with divorce papers. Following this revelation, Walker moved to Italy to play for AC Milan for the latter half of the season in an effort to escape the public scrutiny.
Upon returning to the UK to join Burnley, Walker was able to return to the family home in Cheshire and work on rebuilding his marriage with Kilner. Sources suggest that Kilner viewed the pregnancy as an opportunity for a fresh start and a way to move past marital troubles. "Things could not be more different for her this time around," a source told the Daily Mail. "Annie and Kyle are in a much better place, they've put in a lot of effort into rebuilding their marriage and trust and she believes that a new baby is a fresh start for all of them."
