Annie Kilner Shares Rare Photo of Baby Daughter Royal Wish

Annie Kilner shared a tender moment with her baby daughter, Royal Wish, in an Instagram post on Wednesday, four months after the birth of their fifth child. The post offered a rare glimpse into her family life with Burnley defender Kyle Walker.

Kilner, 33, welcomed Royal Wish in June. The couple also have four sons: Roman, 11; Riaan, seven; Reign, five; and 18-month-old Rezon. In the shared image, Kilner is seen cradling and kissing her daughter.

She captioned the post, "Wished and wished and wished for," a nod to her daughter's name, as the couple intended to continue their tradition of 'R' names but ultimately chose Wish, adding Royal as a middle name.

Annie Kilner announced the arrival of her daughter in August, stating, "Our precious baby girl is here safe. Speechless with the amount of love we all feel and the joy she's already brought to our family." She also requested privacy as they enjoyed these early moments.

Sources close to the couple indicated that the addition of a daughter has brought immense joy, with one telling the Daily Mail that "Annie's finally got her mini-me, and Kyle's taken to being a proper girl dad like he was born for it." The source added that "it feels like this is the moment everything’s really fallen into place, family life, lots opportunities ahead and a bright, positive future."

Earlier in the year, it was reported that Kilner desired a new baby to strengthen her marriage with Walker. A source revealed in January that following Walker's return from Italy, Kilner expressed her wish for another child, believing it would help them move past previous troubles. While some friends and family were surprised due to ongoing issues in the marriage, they offered support.

Kyle and Annie, childhood sweethearts, married in 2021. Their relationship faced significant challenges in early 2024 when it became public that Walker was the father of Lauryn Goodman's daughter, Kinara. Goodman had controversially informed Kilner on Boxing Day 2023 about her second pregnancy with Walker, who had previously fathered Goodman's first child, Kairo, during a temporary separation from Kilner. This revelation led to Walker leaving their family home, and Kilner initiating divorce proceedings.
