A Los Angeles County judge has granted Annemarie Wiley, star of "Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," a three-year domestic violence restraining order against her estranged ex-husband, former NFL player Marcellus Wiley. The ruling was made on Wednesday and is set to expire on September 9, 2029.

According to court records, the judge stated that Annemarie Wiley met the burden of proof by a preponderance of the evidence following arguments from both parties. Annemarie Wiley had filed for the restraining order on July 6, just days after Marcellus Wiley was arrested in Florida on charges of domestic battery. He was accused of poking her in the cheek and threatening to kill her during a dispute in a hotel room.

Annemarie Wiley, who also filed for divorce concurrently, alleged in her petition that Marcellus Wiley subjected her to a pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation throughout their marriage, much of which she claims their children witnessed. Marcellus Wiley has vehemently denied these allegations, calling them "lies" in a statement.

A temporary restraining order was initially put in place, and both parties appeared in court multiple times this week to present their cases. The judge's final order includes the couple's minor children, granting Annemarie Wiley sole legal and sole physical custody. A step-by-step visitation plan for Marcellus Wiley has been outlined in the order.

"I’m grateful for the court’s decision and welcome the opportunity for our family to finally begin healing after an incredibly difficult and trying time," Marcellus Wiley said in a statement. "From the beginning, my fight has been about being present in my children’s lives, loving them, supporting them, and being their father every day. I’m thankful I get to return to that role. Annemarie deserves the space to protect her peace, our children deserve the love and presence of both parents, and our family deserves the opportunity to move forward without conflict defining us. My hope now is simple: healing, peace, and getting our family back to a place where love leads the way."
