Annemarie Wiley, former cast member of "The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills," has accused her estranged husband, former NFL player Marcellus Wiley, of rape multiple times in court documents filed as part of her divorce and restraining order request. The filings detail allegations of a "continuing and escalating pattern of physical violence, sexual abuse, verbal and emotional abuse, financial control, and intimidation."

Annemarie Wiley, 42, stated in the documents that the trauma she experienced has caused memory gaps, but she recalled specific incidents. She alleged that around 2012, Marcellus Wiley, 51, raped her while she was intoxicated. During that same period, she claimed he threw a food tray at her head with enough force to dent a wall. She also alleged that Marcellus attempted to engage in sexual activity with two of her friends in their home's basement during that time.

The former reality star further claimed that on January 11, Marcellus Wiley dragged her out of bed at 2 a.m., berated her, and hit her on the head. She alleges he then raped her, telling her she was "his property." According to the documents, he allegedly raped her again approximately one hour later, and two days after that, he allegedly raped her again.

Annemarie Wiley also detailed alleged physical assaults that she claims occurred in front of their three minor children. She stated that in 2014, he punched her in the face, causing a black eye and a split lip. While she was nine months pregnant with their second child in 2019, she alleged that Marcellus threw a full bottle of Coca-Cola at her head. In another incident, she claimed Marcellus broke her right thumb while their children witnessed the event.

She also alleged instances of emotional and financial abuse. Annemarie Wiley claimed that Marcellus once swerved on the freeway while driving under the influence, threatening to drive into the median or a wall to frighten her. Financially, she stated that her husband borrowed approximately $100,000 from her, incurred about $100,000 in charges on her credit cards, and then stopped paying them, which she claims ruined her credit.

Marcellus Wiley was arrested in Florida over the Fourth of July weekend on suspicion of domestic battery. Annemarie Wiley had called the police, reporting a battery after an alleged confrontation. He was released from Orange County Jail after posting a $1,000 cash bond. A no-contact order was issued, prohibiting him from being within 500 feet of Annemarie, their residence, or her workplace, and forbidding any form of communication. He is also prohibited from possessing weapons.

Marcellus Wiley has denied the allegations. He tweeted on a Monday that he "completely and unequivocally den[ies] these allegations" and is "certain the truth will prevail." He stated that due to the legal nature of the matter and his responsibility to protect his children, he would handle the situation differently but would speak freely when able.

This is not the first time Marcellus Wiley has faced accusations of sexual assault. Earlier this year, four women, including a former ESPN employee, accused him of sexual assault. Two of these women claimed he raped them between 1995 and 1999, allegations Marcellus denied via YouTube in May. In 2023, a woman sued him, claiming he raped her during their time at Columbia University, which he also denied.
