Angela Murray, a recent eviction from "Big Brother 28," has issued a stark warning to fellow contestant Barrett Pfeiffer, asserting that his betrayal of their "Crossovers" alliance will lead to regret. Murray, who is now a member of the jury tasked with selecting the season's winner, described Pfeiffer as "public enemy No. 1" and suggested he is in considerable danger within the game.
Pfeiffer, 27, took the move against the alliance during his Head of Household (HOH) reign, which resulted in Murray's eviction. The "Icons" alliance, which included Murray, Dee Valladares, and Rick Devens, had a final five pact with Pfeiffer and Drew Campbell. Murray, 53, expressed her belief that Pfeiffer made a critical error in judgment, stating, "Not the right time, Barrett! Not the right time."
Murray revealed her predictions for the upcoming double eviction, anticipating that Pfeiffer, and possibly Drew Campbell, could be the next to leave the competition. She is placing her hopes on Yash Patel, Dee Valladares, or Rick Devens to win the next HOH competition to potentially counter Pfeiffer's strategic moves.
During last Thursday's live eviction, Murray was nominated alongside Valladares, 29, and Devens, 42. After Devens secured his safety, Valladares successfully convinced Patel and Taylor Brown to vote for Murray's eviction, leading to a 3-2 split. Murray reflected on her eviction, calling the moment she was nominated next to her close ally Valladares her "lowest low" of the season.
Returning for "Big Brother 28" was a chance for Murray to have fun and play the game strategically, a departure from her experience on Season 26, which was marked by significant drama and her consistently being on the outs. "This was my redemption," she stated. "I wanted to get in there and I wanted to strategize. I wanted to play 'Big Brother.'"
"Big Brother 28" airs on CBS on Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Sundays at 8 p.m. ET, with episodes available for streaming on Paramount+ the following day.
