Andrew Tate and his brother Tristan were arrested in Miami on Saturday afternoon by U.S. Marshals, moments before Andrew Tate was scheduled to host a bareknuckle boxing event.

The pair were apprehended outside the James L. Knight Center, according to reports. The specific charges against the Tate brothers have not yet been disclosed by authorities.

This arrest comes as the brothers are already facing legal proceedings in Romania, where they reside. They previously spent several months in detention in Romania in 2023. In the United Kingdom, Andrew, 39, and Tristan, 37, have been charged with a combined total of 21 offenses, including rape, actual bodily harm, and human trafficking. The brothers have consistently denied any wrongdoing and were reportedly facing extradition to Britain.
