Amy Schumer recently showcased her weight loss while playfully referencing her C-section scar and identifying herself as a "warrior." This social media post followed her public jests about the wedding of singer Taylor Swift and NFL player Travis Kelce.

Schumer, 45, posted a photograph on Instagram Friday wearing a white bikini, with the caption stating, "C-section peaking out saying yeah I'm a warrior." A C-section scar is a physical mark left after a cesarean delivery. Schumer gave birth to her son Gene David Fischer in May 2019.

The comedian's recent comments came after she made light of Swift and Kelce's wedding ceremony, which was held at Madison Square Garden. Earlier in the week, Schumer shared a photo from her series "Life & Beth" where she was dressed in a wedding gown, humorously captioning it, "Okay so why weren't we allowed in?"

Schumer also posted a photograph on Instagram stories that appeared to target the couple's event, using intentionally incorrect grammar. The image showed Schumer in a casual outfit, with text reading, "Rehersal dinner was sick. Who know was she has planned for us tonight [sic]."

Swift and Kelce's wedding took place last Friday in front of approximately 1,000 guests. The event reportedly involved significant security and temporarily impacted traffic in Midtown Manhattan. Some New York residents expressed frustration with the disruptions during a heatwave.

This is not the first instance of Schumer publicly joking about Swift. In 2016, Schumer posted a photo in a bikini, contrasting her physique with Swift's at the Grammys. At the time, Schumer's representative clarified that the comedian "loves Taylor and was making a joke because [she] doesn't have a thigh gap."

Schumer has previously stated that her weight loss, which amounts to 50 pounds, was for personal reasons and not directly related to her relationships. She filed for divorce from her husband, Chris Fischer, in January.

The wedding of Swift and Kelce, which took place before the Fourth of July holiday, was reportedly a lavish event, with Christian Dior Haute Couture designing the bridal attire. Adam Sandler officiated the ceremony, and Stevie Nicks was among the expected performers at the reception. The cost of the nuptials is estimated to be $15 million. Notable guests included Dakota Johnson, Zoe Kravitz, and Bradley Cooper.
