Former American Idol contestant Caleb Flynn wept in court on Tuesday as jurors were presented with graphic details and images of his wife's deceased body. Flynn, 40, is accused of murdering his wife, Ashley, 37, who was found dead in their Tipp City, Ohio, home in February.
During the second day of the trial, David Hammond of the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation testified and presented photographs depicting Ashley Flynn in her bed. The images reportedly caused Flynn to contort his face and sob in apparent anguish.
Flynn is facing murder charges related to the shooting death of his wife.
