Amber Dowding, Former TOWIE Star, Announces First Pregnancy

Former "The Only Way Is Essex" (TOWIE) star Amber Dowding announced Tuesday that she is pregnant with her first child. The 33-year-old hairdresser revealed the news on Instagram, sharing a video that displayed her pregnancy scan.

Dowding has been in a relationship with her partner, car salesman Jamie Enver, since 2018. She captioned her announcement post, "coming soon… baby Enver April 27."

Following the announcement, Dowding received numerous congratulatory messages from former TOWIE castmates. Shelby Tribble commented, "Omg. So happy for you ❤️❤️ Congratulations." Georgia Kousoulou wrote, "Just can't wait my girl," while Chloe Meadows expressed, "So happy for you!! Lovely news Amber." Chloe Ross added, "OMGGGG AMBER congratulations I'm soooo happy for you."

Amber Dowding appeared on TOWIE from July 2016 until January 2018. Her significant storyline during her time on the show involved her relationship with co-star Chris Clark.

Upon her departure from the show, Dowding stated that she had reached a point in her life where she was looking towards the future. She expressed that she would miss the people on the show, noting that she had genuine friends like Tommy and Georgia, though she expected to continue seeing them regularly. She added that she looked forward to "what's coming next."

Dowding has maintained friendships with fellow former TOWIE star Georgia Kousoulou since childhood and remains close with Lydia Bright. Previously, Dowding has worked as a hairdresser for notable figures including Lauren Goodger and Rochelle Humes, as well as her TOWIE co-stars.

Last summer, Dowding attended the wedding of Georgia and Tommy Mallet in Mallorca.
