Amazon Slashes Price on 7.5-Foot Pre-Lit Christmas Tree, Saving Shoppers $400

Christmas decorations are appearing in stores and online, and Amazon is offering a significant discount on a National Tree Company artificial Christmas tree. The 7.5-foot pre-lit Dunhill Fir tree is currently available for $280, a reduction of $400 from its original price of $679.99. This represents a 59% discount.

This artificial tree aims to provide the look of a real Christmas tree without the maintenance, such as watering and shedding needles. Reviewers have praised the tree for its realistic appearance and quality construction. Many note that it looks significantly better than artificial trees typically found at big-box retailers.

The tree features over 600 white lights that remain lit even if a bulb burns out. Its design includes numerous individually crafted branch tips to create a full appearance, and the needles are hypoallergenic. A sturdy metal base is included to prevent tipping, and the needles are fire-resistant, intended to ensure durability over multiple holiday seasons.

Customer feedback highlights the tree's value for its price point, with many describing it as the "best artificial tree" they have ever owned. The pre-lit feature is also a popular aspect, offering multiple light settings that can be changed with a foot-operated button. Reviewers appreciate that the lights are neither too bright nor too dim, providing a warm white hue.

Some users have noted that the tree's weight can be a factor, though this is often seen as an indicator of its robust construction. The setup process may require time, as fluffing the branches can take up to an hour, and a few reviewers felt the tree was not as full as anticipated even after fluffing.

This deal is part of a broader trend of early holiday shopping promotions. Other National Tree Company models are also available at reduced prices, including slim fir trees and smaller unlit options.
