Amanda Seyfried Reunites With Ex Dominic Cooper Amidst Split from Husband Thomas Sadoski

Amanda Seyfried has been photographed with her ex-boyfriend Dominic Cooper at the Hamptons International Film Festival, weeks after announcing her separation from husband Thomas Sadoski. Seyfried, 40, and Cooper, 48, who played romantic leads in the "Mamma Mia!" films, shared a moment at the festival where they were both attending premieres for their new projects.

This reunion marks the first time Seyfried and Cooper have seen each other in a significant period. "Our lives are very different. We live in very different places and I just have nothing but good feelings about him," Seyfried told People magazine on the red carpet.

Seyfried and Sadoski, 50, announced their split last month after nine years of marriage. The couple, who share two children, daughter Nina, nine, and son Thomas, five, issued a joint statement confirming their separation. "We have been separated for a while, and it's proven to be the right move for us and our family unit. We've got each other forever - and it's GOOD," the statement read.

Following the announcement, Seyfried shared supportive messages on social media, including a photo of Sadoski and a quote about forgiveness and keeping an open heart. She also posted a cryptic quote suggesting that perceived difficulties are often a matter of perspective.

Seyfried and Sadoski first met in 2015 while performing in the off-Broadway play "The Way We Get By." They reconnected while filming "The Last Word" and began dating. The couple married in a private ceremony in March 2017, shortly before the birth of their daughter. Seyfried previously described Sadoski as someone who "sacrifices a lot" for her career.

Seyfried and Cooper first met on the set of the 2008 film "Mamma Mia!" and dated for three years after its release, parting ways in 2011. They reunited professionally for the 2018 sequel, "Mamma Mia! Here We Go Again."
