Amanda Holden, 55, has shared the secrets behind her physique, detailing her diet and fitness regimen that helps her maintain her "bikini body." The television presenter, who is known for her willingness to pose for photos, explained her approach to staying camera-ready.

She follows a diet inspired by Elizabeth Hurley, consuming one substantial meal a day. Holden's typical breakfast consists of an egg white omelette with spinach, feta, and avocado, accompanied by a green juice. She then refrains from eating again until the evening. As a vegetarian, she believes her diet is often healthy by default, though she admits to enjoying food and alcoholic beverages, particularly an Aperol Spritz.

"I applaud whatever works for anybody else, but I can't be one of those people that cuts stuff out," Holden stated. "I just think life is tricky as it is, so just let yourself have what you want within good reason. A little bit of everything is good."

When asked about posing for pictures, Holden confessed that she inhales. She also attributes her slim figure partly to genetics, noting that her mother and grandmother are also slender. A significant part of her fitness routine involves her Peloton bike, which she uses two to three times a week. She finds it convenient as it can be done regardless of the weather and fits easily into her schedule.

Holden also addressed online negativity and trolling. She maintains a policy of not engaging with negative comments and does not scroll down to read them. She evaluates any negative remarks, deciding whether to block, be amused by, or disregard them. "I'm of the mindset that if you're putting yourself out there, you have to take the rough with the smooth," she said, adding that such experiences are part of her industry and have built her resilience.

She described her makeup as her "armour," emphasizing that she is rarely seen without lashes and lip gloss. Sunglasses are also a frequent accessory, as she finds they help her look presentable even on off days.

Recently, Holden hosted the L'Oréal's Professional Color Trophy awards at the O2 Arena in London. She described the event as a "surreal, out of body experience," noting the packed venue, a large catwalk, and elaborate hair shows. She likened the atmosphere to a "rave for hairdressers."
