Amanda Holden, 55, shared new images from her business trip to Crete, showcasing her in a white bikini. The presenter posted the photos to Instagram, where she is seen posing in and by a pool.
"In Crete on business. The business appears to be mainly conducted in a bikini," Holden wrote in her caption. She accessorized her swimwear with sunglasses and gold necklaces.
Earlier in July, Holden had warned her followers about an upcoming series of swimwear pictures, referring to it as her "annual onslaught." She had previously shared photos from a trip to Corfu, where she was seen in a red and white bikini while on a boat.
"And so begins the annual onslaught of bikini shots. You have been warned!" she posted at the time. "Enjoying a little downtime with my family before the friends arrive and the partying begins."
Her earlier posts from Corfu also included her jumping into the water from a boat. Friends, including Elizabeth Hurley and Piers Morgan, commented on her posts, with Hurley calling her "fabulous" and Morgan leaving laughing emojis.
Holden has previously spoken about her diet and fitness routine, telling the Daily Mail that she follows a diet of one substantial meal a day, often an egg white omelette with spinach, feta, and avocado, followed by a green juice. She described herself as a vegetarian who "accidentally" eats healthy but also enjoys food and alcohol, particularly Aperol Spritzes.
"I applaud whatever works for anybody else, but I can't be one of those people that cuts stuff out," she stated. "I just think life is tricky as it is, so just let yourself have what you want within good reason. A little bit of everything is good."
