Britain is currently experiencing its hottest June on record, with temperatures exceeding 34 degrees Celsius. In response to the soaring temperatures, presenter Amanda Holden, 55, shared a photo of herself in a red Melissa Odabash bikini.

In the image, Holden is seen posing on a garden swing, showcasing her toned physique. She revealed on Instagram that she had spent the day with swimwear designer Melissa Odabash and their mutual friend Alesha Dixon. Holden captioned the post, "The best day in this beautiful weather! Wearing @melissaodabash of course."

Earlier in the week, Holden employed a different strategy to combat the heat: an ice bucket challenge directed at her Heart Radio co-host Jamie Theakston. During a game on air, Theakston was drenched with a bucket of ice-cold water. The radio station shared a video of the moment on Instagram, noting that Holden appeared to enjoy the prank.

Earlier in the week, Amanda found another novel way to keep cool in the heat, tipping a bucket of ice cold water over her Heart Radio co-host Jamie Theakston on Thursday

For the radio show, Holden wore a long blue dress and white heels. Theakston, meanwhile, wore an England football shirt in support of the World Cup. Holden herself had previously shown her support for the England team by wearing their football kit to the radio station the previous week, adding white stilettos to her ensemble.

Holden is a noted supporter of the England national football team and a lifelong fan of Everton F.C.
