Amanda Bynes was recently seen in Los Angeles sporting a miniskirt and hooded sweatshirt, marking a public appearance following her reported GLP-1 weight loss journey. The actress, 40, also debuted new facial jewelry, including gold grills on her lower teeth and several nose piercings.
In December, Bynes revealed that she had lost 28 pounds with the assistance of Ozempic, a medication in the GLP-1 class, and stated her goal was to lose approximately 50 pounds in total. Bynes stepped away from the entertainment industry over a decade ago due to mental health and substance abuse challenges.
Her last significant acting role was in the 2010 romantic comedy "Easy A," which starred Emma Stone and Penn Badgley. The film was a commercial success, earning $75 million against an $8 million budget. Despite the film's success, Bynes announced her retirement from acting at the time to focus on a fashion career. She was initially attached to the 2011 comedy "Hall Pass" but withdrew from the project, later being replaced by Alexandra Daddario.
