Influencer Alix Earle has publicly accused fellow podcaster Alex Cooper of manipulative and toxic business practices, detailing their strained relationship in a scathing text message read aloud on her new Netflix series, "Earle Meets World." Earle, 25, described Cooper, 32, as "sick and twisted" and claimed Cooper "chose money over morals" during their time working together.
Earle alleged that Cooper took advantage of her at a young age in an unfamiliar industry. "You are manipulative and toxic," Earle wrote in the text, which it remains unclear if she actually sent. "Go ahead and say ‘it’s just business’ all you want, but the way you approach business is disgusting."
Their professional relationship began when Earle worked under Cooper's Unwell Network from 2023 to 2025. During this period, the two influencers were reportedly friends, and Earle appeared as a guest on Cooper's podcast, "Call Her Daddy."
The fallout between them became apparent in 2025 when Unwell Network dropped Earle's "Hot Mess" podcast in February of that year. Buzz about a falling out between the two influencers emerged shortly thereafter.
Cooper addressed the rumors in April 2026 via a TikTok video, calling out Earle for what she perceived as passive-aggressive online behavior. Cooper stated there was no non-disclosure agreement and no one was preventing Earle from speaking out.
Earle's decision to finally address the feud publicly on "Earle Meets World" came nearly five months after Cooper's video. Earle explained in the series that her delay was due to feeling "scared" of Cooper. She further stated that she felt "manipulated" and "taken advantage of" during her tenure at Unwell Network.
Allegations from "Call Her Daddy" Interview
Earle also recounted an experience during her 2023 "Call Her Daddy" interview, alleging that Cooper gave her alcohol and then dismissed her request to remove sensitive parts of the conversation before it aired. Earle claims Cooper asked her "really sexual questions I wasn’t comfortable with," and that she answered them while under the influence of alcohol.
During the interview, Earle discussed her stepmother Ashley Earle's past involvement in the Eliot Spitzer scandal, a topic that reportedly caused significant distress for her family. Earle alleged that Cooper refused her request to edit out comments about her stepmother, stating, "No, I think it’s funny."
Earle's father and manager, Thomas "TJ" Earle, who appeared alongside her in "Earle Meets World," also spoke out against Cooper, referring to her as a "bitch" and expressing disdain for the Unwell Network. "They suck," he stated.
Earle concluded her text message with a firm declaration: "You will no longer scare or trap me… I may be petty, but I’m not malicious. If there’s one thing I learned from doing business with you, it’s to never do business with anyone like you."
