Alison Hammond Celebrates Boyfriend David Puttnam's Swiss Holiday Video

Alison Hammond, 51, publicly showed her affection for her 29-year-old Russian model boyfriend, David Puttnam, after he shared a video of himself diving into a swimming pool during a holiday in Switzerland.

Hammond, co-host of the British television program "This Morning," commented on Puttnam's Instagram post with heart-eye emojis, indicating her approval. The couple, who have a 22-year age difference, began their relationship in 2023. Hammond has previously described her feelings for Puttnam, stating she is "absolutely in love" with him.

The presenter has previously addressed the age gap in their relationship, asserting that it is a private matter. "It's nothing to do with anyone else," Hammond stated in an interview. "Yeah, people are going to talk. People do. But that's their business, not mine."

Hammond has also discussed her relationship in an interview with YOU Magazine, where she indicated that marriage is not on the horizon for the couple. "I don't think [there will be a wedding]. We don't need to! We're both cool," she told The Mirror.

In recent years, Hammond has also focused on her health and fitness. She began her journey five years ago after a pre-diabetes diagnosis prompted her to adopt a healthier lifestyle. She has since worked with a personal trainer and incorporated Reformer Pilates and boxing into her routine. Hammond has spoken about changing her "childish mentality to food" and reducing her intake of favorite treats, though she continues to enjoy a few toffees daily.

She has expressed enthusiasm for Reformer Pilates, finding it beneficial for her flexibility, and also participates in early morning circuit classes. However, she has ruled out trying cold plunge pools, describing the experience as unpleasant.
