Former glamour model Alicia Douvall, 47, has married her fiancé David Anstiss, a businessman and director of Solution Engineering. Douvall announced the marriage on Instagram on Tuesday, sharing a photo of the couple outside their wedding venue holding hands, with Douvall carrying a bouquet of white roses. She wore a white satin wedding gown, and Anstiss sported a black tuxedo.

In her Instagram post, Douvall stated, "We got married! So happy to have married my best friend and kindest man on the planet, I saved the best till last." The couple became engaged last April during a trip to the Maldives. Douvall shared photos from the proposal, which took place in their hotel room, featuring rose petals and a "She said yes" message.

The couple first went public with their relationship on Valentine's Day, sharing romantic photos. Anstiss had planned a romantic holiday for Douvall, presenting her with roses and a red balloon.

Douvall, who previously appeared on Celebrity Big Brother and Love Island, has undergone a significant transformation in recent years. Once known for her extensive cosmetic surgery, she has transitioned to advocating for natural aging and has built a successful natural skincare brand, Douvall's, with her daughter Georgia. She has publicly stated her past addiction to cosmetic surgery, undergoing over 400 procedures estimated to cost £1 million, and was diagnosed with body dysmorphic disorder. Her career began in glamour modeling in the late 1990s, and she also appeared on Playboy TV.
