Alex Rodriguez is reportedly dating fitness trainer Meghan Hayden. The couple was seen together at a party in the Hamptons on July 1, hosted by Michael Rubin, and were later spotted at Bounce Beach in Montauk.
Sources described the relationship as new and stated that Hayden is a "nice person from a great family." The pair have also been seen together in Sag Harbor.
Hayden has a decade of experience as a fitness trainer and is a former Division I athlete. She is a graduate of the University of Miami with a degree in exercise physiology. Her professional bio notes that she also engages in modeling for brands such as Under Armour and Athleta.
Rodriguez's new relationship follows his split from longtime girlfriend Jaclyn Cordeiro. A source confirmed to Page Six in March that the two had ended their three-year relationship. Cordeiro stated that while they were taking time apart, there was "mutual love, care, and deep respect" between them and that there was no animosity.
