The couple exchanged vows at L'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Hollie Shearer wore a white lace gown for the event. This ceremony followed a legal wedding that took place two weeks prior, where she opted for a white mini dress. Alan Shearer congratulated the couple, referring to them as "Mr & Mrs Marchant," and noted that his second daughter was now married.
Previously, Hollie and Joe had shared images from their legal wedding ceremony. For that occasion, Hollie wore a strapless dress with a rose detail at the waist. Joe Marchant, a centre for England, wore a beige suit for the French ceremony.
