Alaia Baldwin Aronow, sister of model Hailey Bieber, has reportedly reached an agreement to avoid jail time following her February 2024 arrest in Savannah, Georgia. Aronow, 33, will enter a pre-trial diversion program to resolve misdemeanor charges stemming from an incident at Club Elan.

Prosecutors filed four misdemeanor charges against Aronow in January, including simple battery, simple assault, battery, and criminal trespass. As part of the diversion program, which can include counseling and community service, Aronow has agreed to pay program fees. Her attorneys expressed confidence in a positive resolution, stating they were "absolutely confident, there will be a positive resolution."

According to reports, the incident began when Aronow allegedly became unruly at the venue. Club staff reported that she entered a staff-only restroom despite being directed to public facilities, leading to a physical altercation with three staff members. Security guards reported that Aronow pulled a security guard's hair and kicked another in the groin.

A bartender also claimed Aronow swung a used tampon at her, though she clarified it swung and touched her face rather than being thrown directly at her. Aronow initially denied throwing the tampon but later admitted to it. She told officers that she was acting in self-defense and that the incident was being exaggerated.

In February 2024, Aronow's attorney released a statement saying she was embarrassed and saddened by the events and was taking steps to prevent future occurrences. Aronow, a wellness advocate, is married to film producer Andrew Aronow, and they have a six-year-old daughter named Iris. She recently celebrated her daughter's birthday with her sister Hailey Bieber and brother-in-law Justin Bieber.
