Ajay Rochester, known for hosting Australia's "The Biggest Loser," was spotted in Beverly Hills on Friday night, engaging in last-minute errands ahead of the Emmy Awards ceremony on Monday. Rochester, 57, who now works as a casting producer, opted for a comfortable ensemble during her outing.
She wore a loose blue V-neck T-shirt paired with black knee-length leggings, metallic pink trainers, and a blue-and-beige LA baseball cap. Her blonde hair was pulled back into a ponytail, and a colorful floral crossbody bag added a splash of vibrancy to her look. Glasses hung from her neckline.
Rochester visited a Sephora store shortly before closing, where employees assisted her with her purchases, including several face masks. She was seen examining products alongside a staff member during her late-night beauty shopping.
Elsewhere, she was observed carrying a red plastic cup while checking her phone as she crossed the street. She arrived and departed in a distinctive white open-sided car featuring wicker seats and a fringed canopy. Rochester smiled next to the parked vehicle, resting a hand on its roof.
Rochester relocated to the United States in 2009 to pursue an international television career. She previously shared in a radio interview that her current role as a casting director is something she enjoys, describing it as "crazy and nuts." She mentioned that the Netflix show "Outlast," on which she works as a casting producer, is currently among the top ten most-watched programs on the platform. Rochester indicated that this success might lead to her being a nominee for an Emmy next year.
She recalled her career transition, explaining that she left "Biggest Loser Australia" to host "Celebrity Fit Club" in America, but that opportunity fell through, leaving her broke and unemployed in the U.S. Despite initial setbacks, she now receives an annual invitation to the Emmy Awards. Rochester was born in Sydney in 1969 and gained prominence as the host of "The Biggest Loser Australia" from 2006 to 2009.
