The Cook County Medical Examiner's office has ruled the death of wrestler Benjamin Satterley, known as Pac, as natural.

The Cook County Medical Examiner’s Office has determined that the cause of death for wrestling star Benjamin Satterley, known professionally as Pac, was bronchial asthma. Officials ruled his death as natural.
Satterley was found unresponsive in a rental car on September 27 outside a CAVA restaurant in Des Plaines, Illinois. Emergency services pronounced him dead at the scene shortly after arriving. First responders noted no signs of injury or suspicious markings on Satterley, but observed saliva on his shirt and discovered medication in his vehicle.
An officer on the scene spoke with a woman who knew Satterley, who stated the wrestler had stopped for lunch before heading to the airport. Satterley's phone displayed a route to O’Hare Airport via Google Maps.
Satterley, 40, had been in the area for his involvement with All Elite Wrestling (AEW). He competed on September 26 against Andrade at the NOW Arena in Chicago during the All Out pay-per-view event. He later made an appearance during the main event match between Jon Moxley and Will Ospreay. He was discovered deceased the following day.
