7News Adelaide Chief AFL reporter Josh Money and 9News Adelaide court reporter Beth Excell announced they are expecting their first child together. The couple shared the news via a photo on Instagram, in which Excell is seen displaying her baby bump.

The announcement brought celebration from colleagues and followers. Abbey Holmes, Excell's cousin and Money's colleague at Seven, expressed her happiness in a comment, as did Nine colleague Chelsea Carey.

Money and Excell previously worked together at Nine. In October 2024, Money reportedly moved to Seven, a move that coincided with the pair beginning their relationship. This followed their respective separations from former partners. Money's former partner, Ten weather presenter Tiffany Warne, is now engaged to Joel Wolstenholme, Warne's former partner. Warne and Wolstenholme announced their engagement in June, sharing photos from Bali.

Money and Warne were married in 2020 and are believed to have separated in 2024, around the time Money left Nine for 7News. The last social media post featuring Money and Warne together was in July 2024. Money is believed to have started dating Excell later that year.

All four individuals have been pictured together at media events, though Joel and Tiffany no longer follow Josh on social media. Beth and Tiffany were reportedly friends, with Excell attending Warne's birthday party in July 2024.
