Adam Driver has listed his three-bedroom loft in Brooklyn Heights for just under $5 million, while simultaneously purchasing a new residence in a prestigious building where other notable celebrities reside.

The Oscar-nominated actor's current combined three-bedroom condo at 20 Henry Street, spanning 2,681 square feet, is now on the market for $5 million. Property records indicate Driver acquired the first unit in 2014 and a second in 2017, combining them into the current loft-style home. The combined units were purchased for $4.24 million.

The residence, located in a converted 1892 candy factory, was renovated by Elizabeth Roberts Architects. It features high ceilings, large arched windows, original timber columns and beams, and custom glass-and-steel partitions. The interior includes teak paneling, bespoke millwork, and motorized shades, with a layout comprising three bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms, and a study. The building offers amenities such as a doorman, a fitness center, and cold storage.

This move follows Driver's recent acquisition of three units on the sixth floor of The Standish, an exclusive building in Columbia Heights, for $11.5 million. These newly purchased units total 3,500 square feet and were acquired at a per-square-foot price that ranks among the highest recorded in Brooklyn. The seller of these units was identified as Mark Van Zandt, a managing director at asset manager King Street's real estate division, and his wife Lindsay.

The Standish has become a sought-after address for celebrities. Matt Damon previously purchased the building's penthouse for $16.8 million in 2017. In 2019, John Krasinski and Emily Blunt acquired two adjoining units on the eighth floor for over $11 million. Driver's identity was reportedly concealed by a trust during the transaction for the new units.

The 20 Henry Street loft is situated near the Brooklyn Heights Promenade and Brooklyn Bridge Park, offering convenient access to Lower Manhattan.
