Actor Keegan Allen Suffers Gruesome Injuries in West Hollywood Robbery
The 'Pretty Little Liars' star shared images of his wounds after a violent gunpoint and knifepoint attack.
Actor Keegan Allen, known for his role in 'Pretty Little Liars,' sustained severe injuries during a gunpoint and knifepoint robbery in West Hollywood. Allen revealed his injuries, including a visibly stitched forehead and bruising, in social media posts on Saturday.
Allen described his condition in an Instagram update, stating, "Healing. Will update more soon. Thank you to medical team and law enforcement and everyone reaching out."
The incident occurred outside the luxury grocery store Laurel Supply. Allen shared a video documenting the immediate aftermath of the assault, which appeared to be captured on security footage. The attack left him bloody and beaten.
Authorities from the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Office confirmed to The Post that their West Hollywood station will increase patrols in response to the attack. Officials also noted a separate, apparently unrelated incident of a similar nature occurred on the morning of the report, but provided no further details.
