Streetwear label founder Corey Jefferys, facing accusations of domestic violence involving two former girlfriends, has had his bail conditions altered to allow him to legally resume contact with his current partner. The modification came after his partner, Isabella Nieto-Roels, expressed support for the change.

Jefferys, the face of the Ready Or Not clothing brand, was arrested on August 8 and charged with stalking or intimidating Ms. Nieto-Roels. He was initially granted bail with conditions that prohibited him from approaching or contacting her, including via social media, and required him to reside in Cronulla. An interim apprehended violence order (AVO) also stipulated that Jefferys could not go within 100 meters of Ms. Nieto-Roels' home or workplace, nor contact her except through a lawyer.

During a court appearance at Sutherland Local Court on Wednesday, Jefferys pleaded not guilty to the stalking and intimidation charge, with a hearing scheduled for March. His solicitor, Mohommed Bazzi, requested the alteration of AVO conditions to permit Jefferys to be in Ms. Nieto-Roels' company, suggesting a new arrangement where they would not live at the same address. Police did not oppose the changes after Ms. Nieto-Roels was consulted.

Judge David Coulton approved the AVO variations and adjusted Jefferys' bail to avoid conflicts between the conditions. Jefferys has also pleaded not guilty to two counts of common assault related to domestic violence against a former girlfriend, model and influencer Cass Beric. Those matters are set for a hearing in December.

Jefferys, 33, has styled himself as a role model, citing his upbringing in public housing with a single mother and a father who had periods of incarceration. He has spoken about overcoming past struggles with partying and drugs, aiming to advocate for men's mental health and serve as an example for young men from similar backgrounds. He told the Daily Mail that he is defending all domestic violence charges and believes there is more to his story.

In recent years, Jefferys has received multiple court orders for drug offenses, including community correction orders and conditional release orders. In March 2022, he was convicted of drug supply and dealing with criminal proceeds, receiving a 15-month community correction order that included drug and alcohol counseling and mental health treatment. He has also faced charges for driving with illicit drugs in his system and possessing restricted substances, for which he received conditional release orders without conviction.

Ready Or Not, founded by Jefferys, is described as an activewear brand blending style, comfort, and performance. The brand has a significant presence on social media, with nearly 240,000 followers on TikTok. Jefferys has emphasized the importance of sobriety and focus in managing his business, attributing its success to his decision to leave behind his past lifestyle.
