A pregnant woman who had sought a domestic violence restraining order against Los Angeles Rams offensive tackle Alaric Jackson has withdrawn her request, according to court documents. The woman's attorney informed a Los Angeles County judge on Wednesday that his client wished to dissolve the temporary restraining order.

Michael A. Goldstein, the attorney representing the woman, told Judge Liza Bercovici that the accuser had never served Jackson with the legal documents and opted to dismiss the case. When asked if any pressure had been applied for the decision, Goldstein stated, "Of course not," and confirmed the choice was made of her own free will.

Judge Bercovici granted the request to dissolve the temporary restraining order, declaring it null and void. The case was dismissed without prejudice, allowing the woman the option to refile in the future if she chooses. Goldstein declined to comment on the reasons for the withdrawal.

The initial filing on June 10 alleged that Jackson assaulted the woman on June 8 at their West Hills home during a dispute over a phone. The accuser, identified as Jackson's pregnant ex-girlfriend, claimed Jackson responded with indifference when she told him to be careful due to her pregnancy.

Jackson, who signed a contract extension with the Rams worth $57 million last year, was arrested following these allegations. However, the Los Angeles County District Attorney's Office announced in June that it would not pursue felony charges against him. The Los Angeles City Attorney's Office is still reviewing the case for potential misdemeanor charges.

Jackson has not publicly addressed the accusations.
