New York Jets quarterback Aaron Rodgers recently shared sharp criticism of several former Green Bay Packers teammates and past romantic partners during an appearance on Cam Heyward's "Not Just Football" podcast. Rodgers stated that two former teammates spoke negatively about their experiences with him years after their time together.

"One was bitter because he went to another team and never became a player again," Rodgers said on the podcast, referring to one former teammate. "The other just wasn’t a smart person. And that one hurt more, because I spent so much time with him. The night before games, I’d be in his room for an hour going over the plan, the checks, everything I was going to do. I went above and beyond for that guy."

Rodgers did not identify the players, but speculation points to wide receiver Greg Jennings and tight end Jermichael Finley. Jennings, who left the Packers in 2013, has previously criticized Rodgers' accountability and public persona. Finley, who retired in 2015, had commented on Rodgers' work ethic in the past.

Rodgers asserted that these individuals are only relevant when they mention his name. "If you’re only relevant by mentioning my name, you should check yourself," he told Heyward.

His remarks also extended to former partners Shailene Woodley and Danica Patrick. Rodgers accused them of using his name for attention. "I dated two women who nobody gives a f–k about unless they drop my name — and they like to say their version of the history of what actually happened," Rodgers said. "So I am this monster of a partner and it’s just f–king horses–t. Number one: Why are you still talking about me? It’s been years."
