Aaron Paul Sells Los Angeles Home Amid Move to France
The 'Breaking Bad' star's residence sold for nearly $7.5 million after more than a year on the market.
Actor Aaron Paul has sold his Los Angeles home for $7.495 million, a significant price reduction from its initial listing. The Seyler House, located near Griffith Park, was first put on the market in July 2025 for approximately $10 million.
In January 2026, the asking price was lowered to $8.2 million for the three-bedroom, three-and-a-half bathroom property. The 4,026-square-foot home, built in 1922, sits on nearly 1.5 acres in the Los Feliz neighborhood.
The residence, originally designed by architect Stiles O. Clements and renovated by Commune Design, features exposed beams, beamed ceilings, and access to patios and terraces. The interior includes a media room, card room, and guest bedroom. The kitchen opens to an outdoor dining area adjacent to a garden. The primary suite has a bath, a large dressing area, and a balcony.
Outdoor amenities include a pool, a cold plunge, a fireplace, a fire pit, and a koi pond, offering panoramic views of Los Angeles.
Paul, known for his role as Jesse Pinkman in "Breaking Bad," previously stated that the home had been a "safe haven" for his family. He and his wife, Lauren Paul, along with their two children, relocated to Paris in the wake of the January 2025 fires in the Pacific Palisades.
"When the fires happened in LA, we just knew that we were done with LA, so we sold our house in LA and moved to Paris," Paul told The Daily Mail last November. "Paris is awesome."
The couple had reportedly always dreamed of a "year abroad" to experience a different culture, stating they "just knew that we were done with LA."
The Seyler House has a history of celebrity ownership, with past residents including Robert Pattinson, Noah Wyle, Jim Parsons, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and the late Tim Curry.
