“90 Day Fiancé” stars Kenny Niedermeier and Armando Rubio shared an update on their daughter Hannah’s health, reporting that the 13-year-old is still dealing with debilitating symptoms following an unexplained brain bleed.
Hannah is continuing to experience partial blindness and facial drooping, along with weakness, according to a video Niedermeier and Rubio posted to Instagram on Monday. She is also still taking preventative anti-seizure medication and medication for brain swelling.
The couple has had Hannah undergo multiple MRIs and CT scans in an effort to understand the underlying cause of the brain bleed. Niedermeier stated that while Hannah is no longer confined to her bed, she is still focusing on rest and recovery. He also indicated that Hannah will need to remain in Arizona for over a month as she recovers, and he is currently searching for an apartment in the area.
Hospital Discharge and Reunion
Niedermeier and Rubio confirmed in their Instagram video that Hannah has been discharged from the hospital. Rubio expressed his relief, stating that Hannah has shown significant improvement since his arrival in Arizona, with doctors recommending her return home for better recovery.
Rubio faced considerable challenges crossing the U.S. border to be with his daughter. He had previously sought a temporary humanitarian parole, but was informed that such requests had not been granted since 2025. He and his immigration attorney then pursued a separate emergency request.
On July 18, Rubio was able to reunite with his family in Arizona after being granted an emergency humanitarian visa. He shared his gratitude on Instagram for the Customs & Border Protection officers who approved his visa. However, Niedermeier confirmed to TMZ that Rubio must return to the border on Sunday to determine if his visa extension has been approved, which requires him to fully cross and speak with border control.
