Hannah Niedermeier, the 13-year-old daughter of "90 Day Fiancé" stars Kenneth Niedermeier and Armando Rubio, has been readmitted to the emergency room due to a worsening of her symptoms. Kenneth Niedermeier announced the update Friday on his Instagram Stories, stating that doctors were running tests and scans to determine the cause.

"Unfortunately Hannah was admitted into the ER earlier today with some worsening of her physical symptoms," Niedermeier wrote. "The doctors have been running test[s] and scans and will know more soon. Hannah is in good spirits."

Earlier this week, the fathers had shared that Hannah was still experiencing partial blindness, facial drooping, and weakness after an unexpected brain bleed. She was reportedly taking preventative anti-seizure medication and medication for brain swelling. Rubio had stated that Hannah would need to remain in Arizona for over a month for her recovery and that he was searching for an apartment in the area due to high costs.

The family had previously announced Hannah's discharge from the hospital on Monday. Niedermeier expressed his relief and joy in an Instagram video, noting that Hannah had made significant progress since Rubio arrived in Arizona. "Ever since Armando got here, oh my God, she has just gotten better and better and gone leaps and bounds," he said. "The doctors were so happy with her progress that they said, ‘Now, I think she would do better with you guys in a home setting.’"

Rubio had initially remained in Mexico while attempting to secure a temporary humanitarian visa to be with his daughter. He told Page Six on July 15 that he was initially told such visas had not been granted since 2025, but he and his immigration attorney pursued a separate emergency request. Rubio stated that not being able to be with his daughter during her illness was the hardest thing he had ever experienced.

On July 18, Rubio was granted entry into the United States on an emergency humanitarian visa and reunited with his family in Arizona. He shared his gratitude on Instagram for the Customs & Border Patrol officers who approved his visa. "We are very thankful for the amazing Customs & Border Patrol Officers in Arizona who ultimately approved and signed off on my visa & granted me entry into the United States," Rubio posted.
