Armando Rubio, a star of the reality television show "90 Day Fiancé," has reunited with his 13-year-old daughter, Hannah, in Phoenix, Arizona, where she is being treated for a brain bleed. Video shared on Saturday captured the emotional reunion outside a local hospital between Rubio and his husband, Kenneth Neidermeier.

Rubio, who traveled from Mexico, was reportedly turned away at the U.S. border after his request for temporary humanitarian parole was denied. He expressed his distress over being separated from his daughter during her medical emergency, stating, "Every parent wants to be at their child’s bedside when they’re sick, and not being able to hold her hand or comfort her has been the hardest thing I’ve ever experienced."

Rubio first disclosed his daughter's health issues on Tuesday, describing how Hannah complained of not feeling well, and he noticed her face appeared "droopy" with weakness on one side of her body. Due to a lack of specialized equipment at their local medical facility in Mexico, Hannah was transported by ambulance to the Arizona hospital. Doctors subsequently informed Rubio that his daughter was suffering from a brain bleed.

In a video shared on Thursday, a tearful Rubio spoke about the separation, saying, "I miss my baby girl. I don’t want to lose her. Please keep her in your thoughts and prayers, guys." He also expressed gratitude for the support from fans and donations to a GoFundMe campaign established to help cover Hannah's medical bills, calling his supporters "angels."

Rubio mentioned that recent MRI scans had not yet identified the source of the bleeding. He stated his commitment to being with his daughter, saying, "I am doing everything within my power to be reunited with her because, more than anything, she needs her daddy, and I need to be with my little girl."
