San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York entered a no-contest plea to two prostitution charges and a charge of possessing criminal tools in East Palestine, Ohio, according to reports. The East Palestine Police Department arrested York over the weekend.
A no-contest plea means York accepted the court's punishment without admitting guilt.
York was sentenced to one day in jail for each of the two prostitution counts. He also received fines totaling $1,150: $150 for disorderly conduct and $1,000 for possessing criminal tools.
The mugshot released following the arrest shows York in an orange jail jumpsuit, with an unshaven face and visible chest hair. He appears to be standing in front of a height chart with prison-style cinderblock walls in the background.
York is the owner of the Bay Area NFL franchise.
