San Francisco 49ers owner Jed York was arrested on suspicion of engaging in prostitution over the weekend in East Palestine, Ohio. According to new police documents obtained by The California Post, York used an alias and made three attempts to arrange a meeting through an undercover advertisement.
Investigators wrote in a Mahoning Valley Law Enforcement Task Force report that York first contacted the advertisement on a Saturday, identifying himself as "Joe" and expressing a desire to visit the individual. When his initial messages went unanswered, he reached out again later that day to check availability.
On Sunday morning, York allegedly inquired if the individual was free and stated he would like to visit, asking for an address. He reportedly mentioned he was coming from Boardman, Ohio, and asked about the cost for one hour of service. He was informed that full service was $160, with an additional $20 for unprotected sex. The report states York agreed to the $160 fee and indicated he was on his way.
