49ers Face Commanders in Week 6 Monday Night Football Showdown

The San Francisco 49ers will host the Washington Commanders on Monday Night Football to conclude Week 6 of the NFL season. The game is scheduled to kick off at 8:15 p.m. ET and will be broadcast on ABC, ESPN, and ESPN2.

The 49ers enter the matchup with an undefeated 5-0 record, having won three of their five games by scoring 32 or more points. Quarterback Brock Purdy has been performing at an MVP level, leading an offense that has been consistently potent.

The Commanders, holding a 1-3-1 record, have also shown offensive capability, scoring over 30 points in three games this season. Their lineup features quarterback Jayden Daniels.

For fans looking to watch the game without cable, several live TV streaming services offer ESPN. These include DIRECTV, fuboTV, Hulu + Live TV, YouTube TV, and Sling TV. DIRECTV, fuboTV, and Hulu + Live TV offer free trials for new subscribers. The NFL+ subscription also provides streaming access to Monday Night Football games on mobile devices.

The broadcast will not feature the popular "ManningCast" with Peyton and Eli Manning, but they are scheduled to return for the Week 7 game between the Dallas Cowboys and the Philadelphia Eagles on October 26.

Following this week's matchup, the Monday Night Football schedule continues with games including the Cowboys at Eagles (Oct. 26), Bears at Seahawks (Nov. 2), and Bills at Vikings (Nov. 9), among others throughout the season.
