Speediance has expanded its smart home fitness offerings with the introduction of the Gym Monster 3, Gym Monster Ultra, and Gym Nano at IFA 2026 in Berlin. The new product lineup emphasizes an integrated AI system designed to connect the equipment, user data, and personalized guidance.

The Gym Monster 3, positioned as the central piece of the new lineup, is an all-in-one home strength platform. It features professional-grade hardware in a compact, foldable unit that requires less than 2.5 feet by 4 feet of space when unfolded. The device offers up to 220 pounds of digital resistance, adjustable in one-pound increments, and four training modes: Standard, Eccentric, Chain, and Fixed Speed. A nearly 24-inch touchscreen pairs with an AI coach that analyzes movements in real-time and can adjust resistance mid-rep based on user performance. The Gym Monster 3 requires no assembly and can be used immediately out of the box.

For advanced users, the Gym Monster Ultra increases digital resistance to 260 pounds and includes enhanced structural features for serious lifting. It boasts an integrated multi-grip pull-up station and a vertical high-lat pulldown with a thigh restraint. The Ultra features nine training stations and a platform that is 64% larger to accommodate split-stance exercises. While freestanding, it folds down to a footprint comparable to a washing machine.

The Gym Nano is designed for portability and versatility, targeting hybrid athletes, traveling coaches, and those with limited space. This device is smaller than a rolled-up yoga mat and weighs 18 pounds. It provides up to 220 pounds of direct-drive resistance, a nearly 17-foot cable, and speeds up to 21 feet per second for conditioning exercises. The Gym Nano can be attached to any standard rack, transforming various environments into velocity-based training setups.

Hongbo Wei, Speediance's head of brand and global operations, described the Gym Nano as performing like a "giant monster" despite its small size. He noted that the Nano is intended for trainers, therapists, and studios, extending Speediance's reach beyond the home.

This expansion represents Speediance's evolution from a single-product company to an AI-powered fitness ecosystem. Previously known for the Gym Monster 2, the company now aims to connect its equipment through AI, analyzing user training history to provide continuous, personalized guidance. The Gym Monster 3, Ultra, and Nano are presented as entry points into this unified system, catering to different training needs from immersive home coaching to professional performance training.

Speediance plans a U.S. launch event later this month. The company stated that its ambition is to move beyond just smart home gyms, creating a connected, personal, and continuous training experience regardless of location.
