Apple TV+'s 'Dark Matter' is back with its second season on Friday, August 28. The series stars Joel Edgerton as Jason Dessen, a physics professor who is abducted and transported to an alternate timeline where he must navigate a life he didn't choose in an effort to return to his original reality. The new season finds Dessen believing things are normalizing, only to discover otherwise.
