Apple officially launched its latest flagship devices, the iPhone 18 Pro and iPhone Pro Max, featuring significant internal upgrades including a mechanical aperture camera system and enhanced battery life. The new models retain a similar exterior design to their predecessors, the iPhone 17 Pro and Pro Max, but introduce a more powerful chip and the long-anticipated upgraded Siri AI, integrated as part of Apple Intelligence.
During the product launch from Apple's Cupertino headquarters, CEO John Ternus stated, "There’s no product in the world better designed to be your intelligent personal hub than iPhone." The iPhone 18 Pro will be available in Black, Silver, Glacier, and Burgundy color options.
The iPhone 18 Pro is priced at $1,199, with the Pro Max model costing $1,299, making them the most expensive iPhones to date. Pre-orders are scheduled to begin on Saturday, September 12, with devices available for purchase on September 18. Alongside the new iPhones, Apple also announced the release of AirPods 5, Apple Watch Series 12, and Apple Watch Ultra 4.
