The popular YouTube golf channel Good Good has issued an apology following the deletion of a promotional video that depicted a physical altercation between two of its members. The advertisement, a collaboration with Callaway Golf, showed Good Good co-founder Garrett Clark shoving a female member, Alexis Miestowski, to the ground.

The since-deleted video, which continued to circulate online, featured Clark confronting Miestowski as she reached for a driver. Clark then shoved her to the ground with his forearms before stating, "Do not touch my new driver."

In a statement, Good Good acknowledged that the ad "ultimately depicted actions that are not aligned with our values as a brand." The channel stated, "We have since taken that content down. And sincerely apologize. Good Good has always stood for making the game of golf more inclusive to all, and we will continue to ensure that is our mission moving forward."

Despite the apology, the network of individuals involved in approving and sharing the advertisement raised questions about the vetting process. OutKick has reached out to Good Good for further comment.

Following Good Good's apology, Callaway shared its disappointment with the content. "We are appreciative of Good Good for addressing this. We look forward to working together to ensure a more inclusive space in golf," a statement provided to Golf.com read.

The PGA Tour also commented on the advertisement, stating, "The PGA Tour believes in golf’s ability to bring people together and create a welcoming environment for all. We do not condone violence in any form, and the since-deleted video does not reflect our values or commitment to inclusivity and respect."

The PGA Tour's statement is particularly noteworthy as Good Good is scheduled to sponsor the Tour's inaugural Good Good Championship in Austin, Texas, in November.
