Three fans entered the field at Yankee Stadium on Wednesday evening during the New York Yankees' 10-5 win against the Seattle Mariners. Security personnel quickly intervened, tackling and detaining the individuals.

The incident occurred during a pitching change in the fifth inning. One fan, running on the right-field grass, was pursued and tackled by a security guard. Another fan, who was shirtless, was subdued with a wrestling-style move known as a suplex before being held down by additional security. A third fan resisted detention near the foul line, requiring two guards to handcuff him as his pants appeared to be falling.

More security officers were deployed to escort the intruders from the field, and play eventually resumed. The Yankees completed their comeback victory, with center fielder Trent Grisham contributing two home runs and four RBIs. The Mariners' loss marked their sixth consecutive defeat.

The Yankees improved their season record to 68-52, while the Mariners' record fell to 56-65. The teams were scheduled to conclude their three-game series on Thursday afternoon.
