WWE Superstar Nattie is set to compete in a high-stakes fatal four-way match at Triplemania 34 in Las Vegas, aiming to become the No. 1 contender for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship. The match will feature Nattie against established Mexican wrestling stars Faby Apache and La Hiedra, along with WWE prospect Roxanne Perez.
Nattie, a seasoned performer known for her lengthy career and multiple Guinness World Records, expressed her determination to pursue championship gold. "Every woman that’s in this No. 1 contender’s match, we’re in this match to tear each other’s heads off because it’s about proving who deserves this spot to get gold," she told OutKick. "It’s about me proving I should have gold. That I should have at least one more run at championship gold in WWE."
The wrestler highlighted the diverse backgrounds of her opponents. Faby Apache and La Hiedra hail from families with deep roots in Lucha Libre, representing a rich lineage of professional wrestling in Mexico. "They’ve been born and raised into this. They’re both second- and third-generation wrestlers," Nattie explained. In contrast, Roxanne Perez, a member of WWE's Judgment Day faction, will be making her debut in AAA. "For me, coming into this match... you have Faby and La Hiedra and they’ve never wrestled formally in WWE... And you have Roxy, who this will be her debut in AAA," she noted.
This marks Nattie's second consecutive appearance at Triplemania. Last year, she participated in a triple-threat match for the same championship, which was won by Flammer. Nattie emphasized that her motivation stems from a continuous drive to prove herself, drawing parallels to veteran wrestler Rey Mysterio's sustained high-level performance. "I never rest on all these accomplishments because I believe, as long as you’re doing it, the rent is due every single day," Nattie stated. "I gotta prove myself every single match that I have, every single moment that I have."
If Nattie secures the victory, she will earn an opportunity to challenge for the AAA Reina de Reinas Championship at the Worlds Collide event later this month. The current champion, Flammer, is scheduled to defend her title against La Catalina on the following night of the Triplemania event.
