Venus and Serena Williams are competing together as a doubles team at the 2026 US Open, their first joint appearance in the tournament in four years. The sisters are scheduled to face Hao-Ching Chan and Maya Joint on September 3, 2026, at 7 p.m. ET. The match will be broadcast on ESPN2.

This marks a reunion for the Williams sisters on the doubles court. Both have already participated separately in the 2026 tournament. Serena Williams advanced to the mixed doubles quarterfinals alongside Carlos Alcaraz, while Venus Williams was eliminated in the first round of singles play. Serena previously competed against Maya Joint in a singles match at Wimbledon in June, which resulted in a four-set loss for Serena.

The US Open tournament runs from August 30 to September 13 at the USTA Billie Jean King National Tennis Center in Queens, New York. Live coverage of the matches is available across the ESPN family of networks. Viewers without cable can stream the tournament through live TV streaming services. DIRECTV offers a five-day free trial and subscription packages that include ESPN, ESPN2, and ABC, along with access to the ESPN app. Alternatively, the ESPN Unlimited service provides access to all US Open matches, including exclusive content, with its Select plan or the $29.99/month Unlimited package, which also features 24/7 live ESPN and whip-around broadcasts.
